The growth of Internet shopping has hurt mostly what types of business?

In many ways, the ability to shop on the internet has affected stores that have a physical presence. There does seem to be a turnaround in some products, like bookstores. Many have closed but recently Barnes and Noble have planned to open some again. On a personal level, I have ended up buying tools online when the big box stores do not stock them.
