Don't know value, but based on proofhouse.com a 273921LWwould have been made in 1968.Between 1950 & 1969 serial numbers had the suffix LW after the number and between 1969 & 1977, they had various prefixes A thru M. 1977 & 1978 had suffix R after the number.
