No Constitutional Amendment explicitly enumerates the right to privacy. The right to privacy is implied under the 1st, 4th, 9th, and 14th Amendments. The U.S. Supreme Court first acknowledged a right to privacy in the case Griswold v. Connecticut in 1965, which affirmed the right to marital privacy.
