Where are the fingerless gloves in Gta4 on ps3?

Unfortunately there are no fingerless gloves for Niko on PS3 in GTA IV. I believe they are only available on the PC with a modd. It is a bit misleading because of poster images of Niko wearing fingerless gloves.
