Gene Anthony Ray cause of death?

He died from complications of a stroke he had in June 2003 on November 14,1003. Although he died of a stroke he was Hiv Positive and taking lots of medicines that weakened his system. While many questioned his sexuality he never addressed the issue so it will never be known if he acquired the disease sexually or from his habitual drug use.
