How do you know when you need a new clutch?

It is very easy to test your car for a worn clutch. Driving on road put 2nd or 3rd gear, push all way down accelerator pedal, car will not run as it should, only engine will speed up its rpm. This means clutch fiber is worn; traction has been lost and clutch disc should be replaced.
