Where did the coureur des boid sleep in?

The coureur des bois, or "runner of the woods," typically slept in temporary shelters such as wigwams or cabins made from natural materials like bark, branches, and animal hides. They often relied on the local indigenous peoples' knowledge for constructing these shelters, which provided protection from the elements during their fur trading expeditions in the North American wilderness. When possible, they would also sleep around campfires to stay warm and ward off predators.
