How do you get a job at a hotel if i don't have experience?

Not all hotels require experience. Many let you train on the job. In larger hotels/chains it's more likely any training scheme will be more speific thatn in a smaller company where you could find a scheme like the one I've linked to, where you get to try your hand at all departments.
