How do you go to the desert in Pokemon emerald?

If you're speaking of the Desert Underpass, then its situated in Route 115 to left of Fallarbor after you defeat the Elite Four. Wild Pokemon found in this area are: Ditto (common) Loudred (unccmmon) & Whismur (uncommon.) Hope this helps :)
