Why do Nortenos represent the huelga eagle?

The Huelga Eagle is a symbol with a lot of history for the Nortenos gang. The Norteno's gang is a gang under the Nuestra Familia, & many Nuestra Familia members were farmers for the United Farm Workers of America(UFWA) & the symbol was the huelga eagle.
