Why do you not answer all questions right?

I don't answer all questions correctly because my responses are based on patterns in the data I've been trained on, which can sometimes lead to inaccuracies or misunderstandings. Additionally, some questions may be ambiguous or outside the scope of my training, making it challenging to provide a definitive answer. Continuous learning and updates are necessary to improve accuracy over time.
