Ylang ylang oil is distilled from the flowers of the Cananga tree. Its use is mainly for fragrances, especially in men.

Its also good to reduce panic and fear when inhaled and when mixed with a carrier oil such as wheatgerm it is good to clear spotty skin but it also reduces blood pressure so isn't advisable if you have low blood pressure
