Yes! == == I usually go to places like Costco or SAM'S CLUB and get the roasted chickens and freeze them. I then use them up to 3 weeks after. I defrost them and heat up and are ready to eat. The sell by date is when you should use it if you aren't going to freeze it. Freezing theoretically keeps food edible forever until you defrost them. The only problem is that after time the taste quality diminishes.
