How do wiccans treat women?

Pagans (Wiccans are just one of many spiritual paths that are included) are people, just like everyone else. Some are better at it than others.

It is a general principle of paganism to treat all people equally. This means everyone, not just those on the same paths as us, but all the gods' creatures.

Many (but not all) of the pagan paths revere deity in both masculine and feminine forms, which means we tend you treat the genders similarly.

Some (but certainly not all) of the paths are matriarchal in their structure. This can manifest in everything from a feminine dominate lifestyle to ritual work that is predominantly or exclusively goddess oriented.
