Nancy Reagan, born Anne Frances Robbins on July 6, 1921, was an American actress and the First Lady of the United States from 1981 to 1989. She was known for her "Just Say No" drug awareness campaign during her husband's presidency. Before marrying Ronald Reagan in 1952, she appeared in several films, including "Kings Row." After her time in the White House, she remained active in charitable causes and was an advocate for Alzheimer's disease awareness following her husband's diagnosis.
