What is the primary industrial legislation called?

Primary industries are involved in obtaining materials from the ground (natural world). Some of there business are farming, forestry, fish farming and dairy farming. Some of them industries are called extractive industries. These are some extractive industries E.g. coal mining, quarrying, drilling for oil and water supply industries. The amount of people that work these jobs in this country ( UK) is a very small number.
