What is the phrase 'white fire dragon' when translated from English to Japanese?

"Aka ryuu. I know because my pen name is Aka Inazuma (Red Lightning)."

While 'aka' does indeed mean "red," it is in the noun form, and therefore incorrect if used as an adjective. In this case, it would be "akai ryuu," and "akai inazuma."
