What is different between tally 7.2 tally9?

1) Tally 7.2 is not multilingual(many languages like Hindi, Gujrati etc) but Tally 9 is .

2) Tally 7.2 has VAT,TDS and service tax but not FBT, TCS and Excise but Tally 9 has all of these

3) Tally 7.2 supports SDF when sending data from company to another and Tally 9 uses XML to import and export.

4) Tally 7.2 can be upgraded to Tally 9 but Tally 9 cannot be degraded to Tally 7.2

5) Tally 7.2 is cheaper than Tally 9
