What are some causes of unemployment and what policies are needed to reduce unemplyment?

i consider unemployment as no no available jobs in the Market" however this is not the case in India.

Primarily there are two reasons I can suggest

1. Lack of awareness or access to the available jobs. and

2. Willingness to work and leave the hope for "Easy Money"

believe me or not even the 2nd option has a huge population however for the first we have taken an initiative to go to non urban areas of India and create awareness among pupils for careers apart from "Doctors" or "Engineers".
