Is human tramadol hcl the same as your dogs tramadol?

Yes it is! My husband use TRAMADOL HCL CA 50MG but also has the 100MG. One is short acting and the other is a longer acting medication.

When taking our German Shepherd to the vet they wrote out the medication instructions for the TRAMADOL 100MG and also GABAPENTIN unsure of the specific MG. Another visit they gave us Prednisone which I use . When we got home I checked all of her ones against the ones we humans use, suffice to say don’t pay the triple price at the vets , check your own medication.
