Is hollister racist

They try to have a racial balance, but they hire more Americans and pretty/good looking people

Yes they are, my friend who is black tried to apply for a job at a couple of their stores, and each one of them declined him. They have this policy that if you don't look good, or fit their image, then they will NOT hire you. Mostly caucasians get hired because it reflects all their photos in the store, i mean have you ever seen a colored person/couple's picture on the wall of their store? NO. Except for their Spring 2010 promotional photoshoot.
