What If a boy asked a girl out and she didn't give an answer what does it mean?

Depends on the boy. It could mean he doesn't like you or is angry at something you have done and doesn't want to answer you right now. Could also be that like alot of guys and he is unorganised and hasen't checked his phone or had time to answer it yet.
