Get the "Spy" meebling to change to a grey one with glasses.

Click on him to turn of the electricals.

Get the Yellow pulling meebling, right next to the "Spy".

Pull the orange meebling into the tube.

Turn on the electricals by clicking the "Spy" meebling.
