Free things to do for fun in chico?

Good to the park, hike the Feather River, go tubing, people watch late at night (lots of drunk college students). Go to the observatory in Upper Park, drive up to old 32 and tell ghost stories...go thrift store shopping, see how long it takes you to ride your bike to Durham.
