Does gravol cause weight gain

My psychiatrist told me Gravol could cause weight gain. She said that the mechanism in which Dimenhydrinate uses to cause drowsiness is the same mechanism that may cause weight gain in some cases.

I do not know for sure and haven't seen her since for a more thourough explanation. This is why I am searching the same exact question.
