Stretch marks are not only formed from weight gain or pregnancy. So if you haven't gained weight, then I would suggest your stretch marks (especially if they are on your legs) are due to growth spurts (growing taller).
Stretch marks can be caused by:
Weight gain (muscle and fat)
Weight loss
Pregnancy
Puberty
Growth Spurts
Hormones
Certain medications
Certain illnesses
Poor skin elasticity and collegan
Genetics... You can use Cocoa butter, shay butter or bio oil on them (or on any scar) to fade them. I think you can also get lazer surgery on them too. yeah i get the same thing its totally normal it just means you're growing fast
