Can rats have hot dogs

That is canibalism. Rats do not eat Hot Dogs because they are not canibals! Rats are very friendly and defintiely NOT CANIBALS; however, sometimes when a rat is in heat its brain becomes confused and it will eat a hot dog, but that is really not the same thing.
