No, and I would not recommend it as a feeder insect for any other lizard. The chemical(s) that produce light and give the lightning bug its name will make any critter that makes the mistake of eating it sick. It is usually fatal, especially for young ones, and you'll be extremely lucky that your lizard makes it through alive without future complications.
The toxins attack the heart, and symptoms normally occur 30 minutes after ingestion, which can include head shaking, gaping, repeated attempts to regurgitate, difficulty breathing, and a darkening of the skin. After the symptoms occur, this gives you roughly another half hour before death is certain. If you are certain that your pet has been poisoned, contact your vet or a local exotics specialist and get the lizard immediate emergency treatment.
Note: Usually one firefly is enough to kill a lizard.
