Are Muslim Men allowed to wear non-jewelry necklaces like leather necklace with some metal attached to it?

Muslim men are allowed to accessorize, just like men of all religions do. But Muslim men are forbidden to wear Gold.

But regardless of them desiring to wear rings, necklaces, bracelets etc... the only prohibition is that it must not be Gold. (To be clear it is yellow gold especially)
