Well there are two types of Diabetes. Type 1 is where your immmune system attacks the beta cells of your pancreas stopping it from producing insulin. People with Type 1 diabetes have to inject insulin after every meal. Type two diabetes is slightly different and is where the pancreas not being able to create enough insulin or where the body is resistant to the insulin that is prduced. This can often be treated with other medications and a controlled diet. Apparently olive oil helps regulate blood sugar levels ans is therefore helpful to people with diabetes. :)
