Edward J. Whitacre Jr. is chairman and chief executive officer of General Motors, Cadillac's owner.

Jim Nesbitt was Cadillac General Manager until March 2010 when his position was eliminated. As of April 2010 Kurt McNeil is in charge of sales and service for Cadillac while Don Butler is handling marketing.
