What are the advantages and disadvantages of regional structure?

I couldn't find any disadvantages but advantages are

- Most self Builders prefer traditional build.

- Good at keeping the house at a stable temperature.

- Good sound insulation

- Similar prices to Mordern Builds.

- Materials can be obtaines within days.
