If you want to skip your period using the NuvaRing do you wear one for 3 weeks take it out and put a new one right in Or do you wear it for 4 weeks take it out and put a new one in?

You don't leave it in four weeks. If you did, there wouldn't be a week without it. You would go from the fourth week right into the next ring. If you don't leave them in long enough, there is a chance of getting pregnant. << doesn't know what they are talking about really... ok so actual answer: nuva ring has an extra week safety net if you forget to take it out at the end of the 3rd week you have an extra week... just take it out at the end of that 4th week leave it out for a week and resume use take it out after three weeks :)
