Is it safe to use placenta soap during pregnancy?

After what I've found it depends what type of placenta soap you are using. Don't use the one that induces skin peeling but wait to use that one until after birth and breastfeeding. And don't use it if it has any acid-based agents. Only use it if it's for cleansing and moisturizing.
