Can you raffle off your ATV instead of selling it?

Yes you can but, keep in mind that by "raffling" off the ATV you can get less money then what you would have gotten if you had just sold it ... There is no way to say for sure how many people will buy a raffle ticket and regardless of how many people buy a ticket you most raffle off the ATV if you do not you can go to jail for fraud and letter be sued for false advertising ...

Added: Also - depending on where you live you may have to get a license to conduct a "game of chance."
