Is there anything you could float in the pool that would work to save frogs and small animals from drowning?

I am looking for an answer to this as well. If you find one, please let me know. The only thing I can find is to have a float at the edge so the frogs & toads can escape. I was also going to put a small float in the skimmer baskets too. Thanks

Answ:: Someone, in the pool trade, makes a small ramp for dogs, pets for pools that attaches at or near the steps. Dogs cannot see the regular pool steps when they are in the water. At this point in time I cannot remember what the item is called or who makes it. Try "pool dog ramp" on google.
