Since we haven't been working for 5 years yet,most of our achievements might lies in schools,colleges ect. Then you might think about what you did then e.g.joining club,winning challenges,essay competition ect. Even New Year's resolution counts e.g. determine to exercise every morning etc. But the most important things is that you must be able to explain how those achievements are important or good for the company. For example ,if you got an award or good grades in English,you can say thay it proves that you're a hard working person,love to interact with foreigners etc. You can make most of this up. You just have to think about it. Or if you said that you managed to start running every morning you can say that you've got strong determination,strong will and can get through any assignment and that you're physicically fit for any job!
