When will rats be extinct?

This is difficult to say. Currently there are several wild cat species on the endangered list, but if the question is about Domestic cats, then it is almost impossible to tell. Currently, there is an overpopulation in pet cats due to owners failing to spay and neuter their animals, so the Domestic cat species will not become extinct anytime soon.
