What is the setting where and when the story take place in the beloved dearly book?

Because the story skips around chronologically, there are several different settings. The main setting of the book is Cincinnati, Ohio, where Sethe and Denver live in the haunted house at 124. However, mention is also made of Sweet Home, which is somewhere in Kentucky, as well as the forest in which Sethe collapses as she runs away from Sweet Home, beaten and pregnant, and the woodshed in which she slits her baby girl's throat.
