How can you log out of Facebook on IPA 2?

To log out of Facebook on an ipad, open the Facebook app and tap on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. Scroll down and select "Log Out" at the bottom of the menu. Confirm your choice if prompted, and you will be successfully logged out of your account.
