How do should I get a golf driving range business plan?

My partner and I own a driving range and it's been running successfully for over a year now. Personally, I worked closely with several of my business professors where I got my MBA in order to create a business plan. There are other options as well. Many people sell pre fabricated business plans that range from 20$ to 1000$ plus. I have always been skeptical of those though. I would look in your community for business advisors that help start up companies. They generally don't expect a lot of money up front because they can safely assume all if not most of your resources are going to the company. Another thing I found to be helpful was talking to driving range owners outside of my city. They don't see you as a potential competative threat so they were much more likely to give out information to get you started.
