What is the cheat code for rare candy in Pokemon Emerald?

OR instead of cheating you could find a rare candy somewhere and clone it.I don't know how to but if you look on www.YouTube.com you could find a video of cloning masterballs,rare candies,Pokemon,or any other cool thing you could think of.
