How do I change Audi tt brake light?

Make sure the engine is off ;-)

Open the boot.

You'll see a panel around the area your brake light unit is.. .open it up. I used the key to get the panel open (wedging it in I mean, it isn't locked :-p)

Just inside you will see two thumb screw fasteners on the near side of the unit... one black and one white.

Undo them completely so they come out.

Disconnect the power cable.

You need to apply a bit of pressure as the far end is hell in place by a ball and socket joint... but just apply it so the entire unit is being forced out of the housing.. it comes out easily enough.

You'll need a Phillips screwdriver to remove two screws in the unit to get to the bulbs.

Voila!

I have just changed the bulb myself for the very first time... and usually changing a fuse is as far as I will go... so if I can do it, everyone else can ;-)
