Wotton says that a happy man is free from slavish bands. He doesnot wish to soar high in his plan nor does he fear a fall. He is not dominated by false hopes. Contentment is his greatest wealth. He doesnot cherish great expaectations. From worldly point of view he may be poor in terms of money but he possesses the greatest wealth that is peace and contentment.
