What is the difference btn a 6x6 and 4x6 tractor?

6x4 is the norm. It normally runs in 6x2 configuration, but a power divider can be engaged so that both drive axles provide power. With a 6x6 tractor, there is also a transfer case which engages the front axle, as well, and power is provided to all wheels.
