How do you write essay on a memorable holiday?

Imagine you are describing your holiday to your best friend - and write it down as you would say it. Then edit, edit and edit. Take out anything that doesn't make sense. Remove any Word that is taking up space, but does not add to the sentence. If you started out with four pages of A4, and finished up with two pages after editing, then, hopefully, your essay is finished. (Why did I put hopefully in the last sentence? strike it out!)
