How do you remove fortiguard webfiltering?

Fortiguard web filter works by filtering URLs based on global data. The problem with this is that it may block websites that shouldn't be blocked. Fortiguard cannot be disabled, but you can bypass it with an SSH SOCKS proxy that points to another remote destination.
