What kind oil do you use for 1986 Toyota Camry?

20w50 is the best choice for that old of a car. I have driven many older cars and this weight lubricates the engine great! I even have my mechanic put it in my van when oil change time comes.

The Car calls for 10W-30, 20W-50 would be used only if you had extremely high mileage on the car. An you were trying to put off rebuilding the engine for a time. Also the 20W-50 would lower your MPG's.
