How long does it take for an ipod touch to ship?

From Apple Store 24 hours to 72 hours unless it says so on the store

I ordered an iPod Touch last Monday, and now it is Monday again and it still hasn't come. So, it comes after like a week or a week and a half, unless you pay for faster shipping.
