your parents have to pay. go to zwinkycuties.com & on the home page click on 'become a jet setter' or 'go now' and then ur parents fill out the thing. otherwise u could try smartycard.com, which is cheeper but u still have to pay. u can get a 1 month jet setter membership for 3500 points.

not very many people are becoming jet setters on zwinky cuties, so that's why most of the stuff is for jet setters only.
